I started using Tower Dental a couple of years before the Pandemic having been disappointed by Grove dental and another family dental practice in Woodridge. The staff here - office staff, Dental Hygienists and Doctors are courteous and polite. They know their job and are very professional. As per the payment, they just do their work and send the cost to your insurance. One time they referred me to another dental specialty practice. This Practice asked me to pay first and that later they would send the cost to my insurance. That when they receive payment from my insurance then they would issue me a posted check. Six months passed, yet I did not receive any check from them. Tower Dental stands out among all the five different dental practices I've patronized. It has my highest recommendation!

Dr. Katz and his team are professional, kind and gentle. As a person who is very nervous about going to the dentist I have been pleasantly surprised at how well they can put you at ease. Dr. Katz can painlessly handle any dental issue you may have.
