First, this organization is about solutions. I’m a new patient and had a few hiccups from my first inter-actions, but . . . their team made sure that if a ball was dropped, they owned it and came up with a remedy. I told Dr. Katz that life is all about solutions and their team are problem solvers. I’m looking forward to my next visit and coming up with a plan.
