I have been to TDA on late 2017 for several visits. I have done deep cleaning and more than one filing. In general my overall experience was good, I have seen better at other practices. I had to do the cleaning on two separate visits and I was satisfy with my first cleaning, on the second when I have arrived I have been told my hygienist was sick and someone else done the cleaning from outside the clinic as I understood it was so rushed keeping in mind that it was supposed to be deep cleaning, I believed they supposed to let me know before hand of this change and let me decided if I want to change the date or proceed with another hygienist. The other thing I did not like or I do not understand is that they take an x-ray to look for cavities but the x-ray did not show all the cavities I went to other practice in the same month and I have got a different results. Regardless of this I do like the doctor's work it might be just a medical opinions and it differ between one doctor to another. With all that being said I am still not going to write bad review because I just do not like to write bad reviews about any businesses. My biggest issue was that after almost two years after my first visit I have discovered that they send my billing account to a collection agency and it surprised me. I have been there maybe 4-6 times and every time when I am done I have been told by the front office I am cover %100 by the insurance. I have been in contact with them via emails many times after my last visit sometimes they even initiate that by emailing me to confirm an appointment or responding to my email asking about potential visit. They never bother to notify me by email about my outstanding balance, it was very simple to them to just send it to a collection instead of taking responsibility of what they said in the first place that I do not owe them anything, even if I do that is fine just let me know. When I did email them asking to correct the issue I got very cold response "we have several dates of different attempts to contact you before your account was outsourced. Unfortunately your account is now at the hands of Capital Accounts". Unfortunately it was very cold and unprofessional response, they never took any responsibility about the fact that they did many mistakes first they provide me with wrong info second they did not try to inform me of the balance that I do not know where it came from. In general the work of the doctor and hygienist were good, the billing people might made mistakes and they would just send it to a collection very easily without bothering to tell people.
