So we had been going to Tower based on reviews. Dental services are acceptable. They are courteous, professional, and competent. We stayed on for a year, but due to processing/billing issues we left in June 2020. Specifically billing is inconsistent and on more than one occasion we received invoices for additional charges sent to us well after services. Our billing experience has been the difference Tower Dental charges vs. what insurance pays months after service. Once, maybe twice could be ok, but for us there were more of these experiences and we decided to change dental offices...or at least I thought we did. Recently (May 2021) we received an invoice for services provided in June 2020 (additional charges for services almost a year after services). UPDATE: After posting this review, Dr. Katz contacted me and we resolved the issue. I do appreciate Dr. Katz reaching out to understand our experience.

I went to Tower Dental as a new patient in Jan 2021. From my first visit through now the entire office staff, dental assistants, and especially Dr Wince has been nothing shy of phenomenal and I’m saying this after having a massive delay in a double crown placement, seeing the Endodontist to take care of an abscess, and shelling out 2400$ out of pocket on top of the 2k max of benefits reached with my PPO plan. Dr Wince’s care, attention to detail, and bedside manner is the best I’ve ever personally experienced. I work in the emergency medical field and know how important quality care and rapport with a patient is to their treatment. I think and hope unless something drastically changes I will be continuing with Dr Wince as long as he’s practicing. It’s wonderful ,throughout the physical pain and mental annoyance of waiting months to get the best care conservatively and properly done to finally (at least for these 2 troublesome molars) to have an ‘end’ in sight. Dental insurance and dental care is costly but again dental health and hygiene is hopefully a worthy investment. Cannot say praises and thanks enough to Dr. Wince, assistants, and front office.
