Recently looked for a new dentist and talked to a few practices near Downers Grove. Most were interested in selling services that aren't necessary. My experiences at Tower has been positive and I recommend you meet them for a consultation. Nice office and cheerful staff.

So we had been going to Tower based on reviews. Dental services are acceptable. They are courteous, professional, and competent. We stayed on for a year, but due to processing/billing issues we left in June 2020. Specifically billing is inconsistent and on more than one occasion we received invoices for additional charges sent to us well after services. Our billing experience has been the difference Tower Dental charges vs. what insurance pays months after service. Once, maybe twice could be ok, but for us there were more of these experiences and we decided to change dental offices...or at least I thought we did. Recently (May 2021) we received an invoice for services provided in June 2020 (additional charges for services almost a year after services). UPDATE: After posting this review, Dr. Katz contacted me and we resolved the issue. I do appreciate Dr. Katz reaching out to understand our experience.

Dr. Kats and the whole team were kind, courteous, and professional throughout my implant journey. My mouth looks and feels great.
