A DOCTOR WITH NO HEART!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING THERE. I was scheduled to see Dr. Katz for a tooth extraction based on someone’s recommendation. When I got there he literally forced me to see some other woman, which she clearly had no or little experienced. She was clearly struggling to remove the tooth, she had to break the tooth into many pieces to get it out, YOU COULD CLEARLY SEE SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING, SHE DID NOT KNOW THE RIGHT WAY TO APPROACH IT, THAT IS WHY SHE HAD TO BREAK TOOTH INTO MANY PIECES!!! After procedure Dr. Katz did not even check her work. The office told me before I left I will have pain for half a day to a day. Well, I did not sleep for 3 days already, horrible pain, and the Tylenol 3 and ibuprofen 600 not helping at all. I’ve reached the office numerous times, they are telling me wait another day, wait another day, I can’t take any more pills, or I will have a bleeding ulcer, and I can’t tolerate this pain anymore. I got in touch with Dr. Katz yesterday, he does not care, I also told him that the woman did not give me antibiotics after surgery, and he was surprised that she did not give me antibiotics, he ended up writing a prescription, and he did not even apologize for all that. I got in touch with Dr. Katz again early this morning and he just did not care, he said I can’t see you today. I just have to go see another doctor now, even though they took $1000 cash from me and are refusing to take responsibility! SHAME ON YOU DR. KATZ!!!!!!!!!

I don’t normally give reviews, but I was very motivated in this situation because Tower Dental and Dr. Katz and Dr. Ann were so responsive and thorough. I had a tooth nerve that was giving me intense pain and they were able to get me in, do a root canal and on my way. The pain immediately stopped. Thank you Dr. Ann and Dr. Kats!

Dr. Wince, Dr. Kats, Zinica, Liama and the entire team are outstanding! Friendly, flexible and very knowledgeable. They truly make sure you’re comfortable and the job is done right. I’ve been going to Tower Dental Associates for almost 20 years (along my w/other family & friends) and they never disappoint. Highly recommended.
