My first experience meeting Dr. Kats a decade ago was life changing. Let me tell you ------ this was the first time in my entire life that I had a cavity filled and when the numbing wore off I could not tell you nor could I feel which tooth was worked on. Dr. Kats has an innate talent and is a better teacher to all working members of the practice. Dr. Ann performed a crown on me a couple years back and the process was beyond smooth (despite me being grumpy). I've been coming to Tower Dental for more than 10+ years now and no matter where I live in Illinois or the surrounding states I will always come to this dental office. The doctors are extremely talented and personable. It's like hitting the lottery. This review is really to thank them for turning 'scary dentist visits' to enjoyable preventative maintenance routines. I am very appreciative of your service!

Wonderful experience! My teeth have become a real challenge in the past five or six years. Dr Ann was highly recommended, and she lived up to her reputation. She even managed to work me into her tight holiday schedule. She was extremely professional, yet very patient. She was careful to explain each procedure and the technology involved, and the various options available. We even discussed the best way to take advantage of my insurance coverage and financial situation, sometimes more than once if I didn’t understand or remember!
