This place is absolutely ridiculous, do not go here especially if you're LGBTQIA+. I changed my name as part of my transition and asked them to update my records. 5min later a receptionist comes out and yells my deadname. I'm annoyed but let it go. Next appointment they send me an email reminder deadnaming me. Then they send me a text message deadnaming me. For some reason I actually show up and get to the front desk and they can't find my appointment for 5 minutes until someone points out I have a preferred name in the system and she goes "Oh deadname!". I'm early trans femme but I have long pink hair, pink nails, earrings, non-binary jewelry on and my last name is WILDE. Pretty annoyed at this point and go sit down. I can overhear the receptionists scanning my insurance information while yelling my deadname back and forth. Literally walk out at this point. Then they send me an email deadnaming me and asking if I want to reschedule. Unreal. Update: Deadnaming me constantly has nothing to do with insurance claims. You don't need to deadname me in emails and texts. You don't have to deadname me to my face. That is not respect. This is an absolutely lame excuse. You can process insurance claims under the name while still respecting trans individuals.
