I'm so happy to have found Dr. Kats here in Downers Grove. I even referred my son in Plainfield to him. I'm relaxed and at ease in his chair. The 5 new crowns he put in my mouth are awesome, smooth, even, shiny, my breathe smells so much better as well. His office works closely with insurance to maximize coverage. So Dr. I'll see you in 2016, to fix a chip and small bottom partial. Happy Holidays to All.

I initially went to Dr. Katz/Tower Dental because the office was close to home and I had some immediate dental needs. However, I continue to go because of the wonderful care I get. Dr. Katz is extremely good at putting patients at ease and making sure you are comfortable at all times. He clearly explains what needs to be done and offers options to fit your expectations as well as budget, and is always willing to discuss any concerns you may have. I've had everything done from extractions to crowns and veneers and my teeth beautiful. But more importantly, Dr. Katz has insured that my teeth and gums are healthy. The waiting room is attractive and inviting. Equipment is new and well maintained. Strict hygiene is evident. Everything in the patient rooms is designed to make you comfortable, at ease, and safe. The office staff is amazingly efficient and friendly. Pat always seems to know exactly who you are and has always been helpful with insurance and payment issues, which just adds to the overall satisfactory experience. They even offer an affordable dental insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Katz and Tower Dental.

I've gone to Tower Dental for many year. Dr. Kats is amazing, the office personnel is very helpful and attentive. The new office looks very modern and it has all the newest dental equipment. My check up was fine, they walked me through my dental history. They also were very efficient, I was in and out within less than an hour. I should also add that the office has been patient with me scheduling and rescheduling my appoints on short notice. An office that still accepts patients after 5:00pm for any procedure is lovely! Dr. Kats is a great dentist and did an excellent job on what normally would've been an excruciating (yes I'm dramatic) experience for me.
